Gradska Meana was set up on 8th of November in 2008, on "Mitrovdan" that is "slava" of the restaurant (we celebrate that day). It is located in the street Jovana Hadzivasiljevica, named by famous ethnologist from Vranje. Restaurant is nested in the old fashioned house that used to be home of famous Protic Family. House is surrounded by courtyard that works as open restaurant garden with 80 seats.
